1. What is the minimum age requirement for entry?
Permissible age for entry is 18 years (completed) and above. Kids and anyone below 18 are not allowed to enter the property.
2. Are Nepali citizens allowed to enter?
Nepali citizens are not permitted in the casino by law.

3. Do I have to carry a Photo ID for the event, If so which one?
Please carry a valid Photo ID for verification. You can carry one among – International Passport, Chinese International ID, Indian Election Card or Tibetan Green Book. Right of admission is reserved and can be granted or refused at discretion of the management.
4. Is there any specific dress code that needs to be followed?
Men : Formals or Smart casuals.
Shorts, sleeveless T-shirts, flip-flops and chappals are not permitted.
Women : An appropriate evening-wear.
5. What are the timings?
We are open from 2 PM TO 6 AM. However, post 5 AM, we don’t accept entries.
Restaurant starts 7 PM onwards.
6. What's the acceptable mode of payment?
We have no online booking facility. At the counter or cage, the payment can be made using Cash, Debit & Credit card.
- Debit / Credit cards should have the name of the cardholder that matches with your Photo ID. Card belonging to joint account holders and companies will not be accepted. AMEX cards shall not be accepted.
- We accept Indian Rupees, Australian, Hong Kong, Singapore, Canadian and U.S. Dollar, European Euro, UK Pound Sterling, Swiss Franc, Japanese Yen, Chinese Yuan, Saudi and Qatari Riyal, Thai Baht, UAE Dirham, Malaysian Ringgit, South Korean Won, Swedish and Danish Kroner, Kuwaity and Bahrain Dinar.

7. Will I be allowed to carry my bag into the property?
Guests can carry their sling bags, purses and small handbags with them.
However, backpacks, luggage, carry bags, heavy baggage, laptop bags are not allowed inside the property. We advise not to carry the same as there’s no provision of locker at our property. Management’s decision is final.
Entry fees must be paid to enter Heritage Sites, museums etc. at the entry point. Positive discriminatory entry fees are applicable to most of the sightseeing spots, i.e. different fees to Nepali (visitors and students), SAARC and Third-Country (other than SAARC) visitors.
